A: The registration page is under the Sign Up button at the top of the site. You have three options to sign up. Q: Why should I connect using my Facebook or Google account?
A: If you connect using your Facebook or Google account, you will quickly register to the game without having to go through all the steps of the 'Sign Up' form!
Using your Facebook account to register will also enable you to get your Facebook profile picture as an avatar. You can also use all the Facebook functionalities in the game, such as as being able to comment on some pages and compare your weekly ranking with your Facebook friends. |

Q: When does the Expert Football Challenge start?
A: Expert Football Challenge was launched in August 2011 and the beauty of the game is that there is no real start or stop date as you can win prizes on a weekly and monthly basis throughout the football season. |

Q: Can I join after the start date?
A: Yes. You can play Expert FC until the last week of the season! The game will be available to play throughout the season, and you can join any of the leagues available at any time. |

Q: What is the Expert FC twitter account and its #tag?
A: ‘expert_fc’ is the official account of the game in Twitter. You can follow the Expert FC and stay tuned with the latest news and tips on your favourite leagues. The official #tag for the game is #expertfc. Keep yourself informed with our Twitter promotion campaigns that will take place from time to time! |

Q: Where can I change my email address and my password?
A: Log in to the game and go to ‘Personal Settings’, which is located in the right hand column. All your settings in the game can be modified in the section. |

Q: Can I play and compete for prizes in all leagues available in the game?
A: Yes. You can join all six leagues available in the game and compete for the prizes in that league. However, please note that you are only allowed to win, at a maximum, one of each of the tangible prizes each month (please go to “The General Rules and the Prizes” section of the General Conditions for more information). |

Q: How is my weekly score calculated?
A: Your weekly score is calculated by adding up the odds on all your correct predictions, including any extra points scored via the ‘Booster’, ‘No goals’, and ‘Over 3 goals’ coins during the game week. Each game week starts on Tuesday at 00:00 and ends the following Monday at 23:59. |

Q: How is my monthly score calculated?
A: Your monthly score is calculated by adding the score from the game-weeks within a four-week period defined in the game. To find out how a period is defined, please see Fixtures. |

Q: How is potential payout calculated?
A: Potential payout is the maximum that you can win with your selected predictions. Please note that the ‘Booster’ coin will only double the points of your 1x2 selection for the match it was used on, and it will not double the points from the other two coins if they were placed on the same match. |

Q: When will my winning points be credited?
A: Your winning points will be credited at the end of each match day. |

Q: Can I alter my predictions after I saved them and is there a deadline when I need to make my final predictions?
A: Make sure you make your predictions 10 minutes before the kick-off time of each match. Remember that you can change your predictions at any time up until 10 minutes before the match starts. (Even after you have saved your predictions.) |

Q: I was in the process of changing my prediction when the session ended. Now I do not have a prediction.
A: Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this situation. We do NOT recommend making changes to your predictions right before the deadline of a match. |

Q: How many coins will I get every week?
A: Each week, you will get one set of three coins per league you are competing in: the ‘Booster’, the ‘No goals’, and the ‘Over 3 goals’. |

Q: How can I check the historic match results of the actual football fixtures from previous weeks?
A: Previous results can be checked from the drop down menu under Fixtures. The results are sorted by ‘Month’ and ‘Week’. |

Q: What is a sub-league?
A: Each sub-league has an Adminstrator (The creator of the league) and that person can invite people to join and compete against each other. Special prizes are given to the top three ranked sub-leagues in the Premier League. You can create a sub-league under ‘My Overview’ for any of the leagues you are participating in. |

Q: I would like to leave a sub-league.
A: The organizer of the sub-league is the only one who is able to remove participants from a sub-league. The sponsor will not remove participants from sub-leagues. Do think carefully before joining an unfamiliar sub-league. |

Q: My score is not visible in my sub-league ranking.
A: This may be due to the time you join the sub-league. Your score should appear after the next result update. |

Q: I joined a sub-league. Am I still included in the general ranking?
A: Yes. After successful registration, every participant automatically joins the general ranking. |

Q: I created a sub-league, but cannot find it in the sub-league ranking.
A: Only sub-leagues with four or more members are shown in the sub-league rankings. |

Q: I have successfully registered with the game but cannot find my name in the general ranking.
A: You are successfully registered if you are able to log in with your email and password. The general ranking can be viewed under ‘My Ranking’. The general ranking is updated at the end of each match day (at the same time when the winning points are awarded). |
